Introducing Pumpkin Fluff.
Think fall picnic appetizer, football game snack, after school treat, or thanksgiving appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons Spackman Lane Apiary raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup heirloom pie pumpkin puree (Get our guide on how to make pumpkin puree)
Apple slices for dipping (we highly recommend apples from our friends at Way Fruit Farm!)
And/or graham crackers for dipping
Directions:
In the bowl of your mixer, add the heavy cream, cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix on low and blend until the cream cheese is broken up and no longer in big clumps.
Turn the speed up to high and blend until the mixture thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn the speed back to low and carefully blend in the pumpkin puree.
Serve with sliced apples and graham crackers. Store leftover dip in the fridge.
ENJOY!
